Galleon Systems Update – TimeSync 4 Software Updated

A minor bug affecting TimeSync 4 software used with Galleon Systems’ TS models of time server have been resolved.
In particular, an issue affecting the TS-400 and TS-500 time servers has been fixed. The problem affecting these time server models involved time getting set back to the last poll time when it was configured using certain settings.
Across all TS model time servers there was an issue whereby, despite changing the poll frequency, it was not updating until the service was restarted. However, this problem has also been eradicated.

If your TS model time server has been affected, you will need to Submit a Support Ticket and a member of the support team will assist you.
