Here's how to reset the password for the NTS-6002:
1. Connect a wired keyboard and monitor.
2. Press ALT+F2 to access the login prompt.
3. Use "root" as the username and "galleon" as the password.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset the password.
Note: Half-sized keyboards are not supported by the device.
NTS-4000:
The NTS-4000 password is used to encrypt the device there is by default no password. If a password is set, then there is no way to remove it without sending the whole unit back to Galleon.
UTC time
NTP always operates using Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
Time zone offsets and daylight-saving time adjustments are applied solely by
the client. There is no way to change the time used by NTP it will only use UTC
time.
Year/Date rollover
If your unit is displaying a date, such as reverting to an earlier time or appearing far in the future, this issue is due to the GPS integer
overflow / week number rollover which is a feature of all GPS products. To
resolve this issue a new antenna is required. Please contact Galleon support to
verify your warranty status or to request a quote for an antenna.
Unit displaying ‘waiting serial data’
When the unit boots it sends a wakeup command to a secondary controller board. It will then wait for that board to boot and start sending data, hence the "WAITING FOR SERIAL DATA" message. If that board is faulty, it will never get past this stage. Submit a ticket to resolve this issue.

Leap file:
The leap file no longer exists, there is no planned updates
for this anymore as it is discontinued. This is not a concern and can be
ignored; there won't be any leap seconds scheduled for the future.
